The Education Agreement Fryslân is supported by the Frisian Education Council (Fries Onderwijsberaad): an administrative pact of Frisian educational and research institutions. Based on a shared ambition, the administrators work on talent development, knowledge, innovation, and broad prosperity. In doing so, they collaborate with governments, entrepreneurs, and social organizations in various triple helix partnerships, which also periodically join the Frisian Education Council.
